TOP 10 QUESTIONS

We mostly sell thrift/secondhand items but once in a while we like to spoil our customers with a bit of new, as long as its UNIQUE and is dedicated to helping our customers STAND OUT. 

We have four conditions for all our items.

NEW - These are items that are brand new and have never been used. 

LIKE NEW - These are secondhand items that look brand new.

EXCELLENT - These are secondhand items in great shape! No stains or defects. 

FAIR - These are secondhand items with some noticeable wear.

We ship to all regions of Kenya plus we will be shipping to Uganda, Rwanda & Tanzania starting October 2020. 

Our shipping details are as follows;

NAIROBI

Express Shipping (Same-Day) @300 KES

Standard Shipping (1-2 Days) @200 KES

NB* Express shipping is only available for orders made before 11am.

REST OF KENYA

Express Shipping (1-2 Days) @500 KES 

Standard Shipping (2-4 Days) @300 KES 

Please double check the delivery option you selected, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. 

If it's after 8pm on that date then it’s late. If it's before the advised delivery date and you've had your dispatch email, then it’s on its way. Your delivery date has to have passed for us to be able to investigate where your order is.

If your delivery date has passed, please contact us by going to the 'Contact Us' tab or simply contact us on Whatsapp (+254) 794 048 769. Please have your order number ready.

If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email from us, we're sorry about that. This will usually be because the same item was being checked out at the same time or the stock wasn't in the warehouse when we came to process your order. You will receive a cancellation email and a refund via the original payment method used (if you opted for intsallment payment). The refund may take up to 7 days, this is the banking process and not something we can speed up.

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! 

But if by any chance you would like to cancel or change your order, you can do so by calling or sending a Whatsapp message to (+254) 794 048 769 within 2hrs. 

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Please always check the condition of the item before ordering in the product description section. We have four conditions, BRAND NEW, LIKE NEW, EXCELLENT & FAIR. 

So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;

Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.

The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.

No need to wait until payday... Shop now and pay later with 3 easy payments that let you spread the cost of your purchase with no added charges or hassle.

Pay nothing extra. Three equal payments are collected from you by our team through MPESA. 50% deposit on making your order, another 25% in 2 weeks then the last installment on delivery day.

You get all the “closure” of a full upfront payment, but with the cash-flow benefits of spreading the cost. The total amount charged is no greater than if you simply paid for the entire purchase up front. Pretty great, huh!

However, please note that if you default on any of your payments, you will forfeit your initial deposit and your order.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

3-FTY is operating business as usual and we are working closely with couriers to ensure all deliveries arrive on time. The well-being of our customers & riders is a top priority and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure all our secondhand items are washed, sanitized and packaged safely.

Yes that's totally fine, however once your item is dropped off, payment must be made immediately. 

If an item does not fit well once you get the time to try it on, don't worry, we can exchange it for you for in-store credit. 

We're terribly sorry to hear this. Sometimes this happens in busy seasons, but don't worry, your item is on it's way. 

Please contact us through Whatsapp (+254) 0794 048 769 with the order number, description of the missing item and product code of the item missing. 

Absolutely!

If an item does not fit well, you can send it back for in-store credit and order any other items for the same price. 

I received an incorrect item, what do I do?

To get this fixed for you ASAP please head to our 'Contact Us' section where you can drop us an email or you can reach us via private message on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp (+254) 794 048 769

When you message, please include the following information:

• Your name

• Order number

• Product name and code of the item ordered

• Product name and code of the item received

• Picture of the incorrect item and a description of the incorrect item received

If you choose to email, please have an image of the incorrect item ready for when you receive a reply, as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

Please do not return the item to us without speaking to our Customer Care team.

Once an item is sold, it's FOREVER GONE

But, sometimes we get lucky so keep on checking. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Order today risk-free with cash on delivery or return it with absolutely no cost. Our delivery team are aware they will need to wait up to 10 mins for you to try on the items. Our Free Returns Policy is currently only available in Nairobi, however we offer in-store credit for all other orders outside Nairobi.  

We offer FREE RETURNS for Nairobi customers. Our delivery team are aware they will need to wait up to 10 mins for you to try on the items. If they fit, keep them. If they don't, please return them to our courier. 

For customers outside of the Nairobi area:

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your dispatch email. In return you will be awarded in-store credit to purchase any other items within the same price range.

Here's the fine print:

Items must be unworn and unwashed

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed

Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Shoes must be tried on indoors

Over 14 days?

We move fast and the turnaround of stock we sell means that we will not be able to resell your goods. So unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are over 14 days.

PAYMENTS & PROMOTIONS

Can’t use your discount code? Here’s maybe why:

- The code expired (we have limited-time offers)

- You can only use one code at a time.

- Double check your delivery--some codes only work with specific delivery options.

- Check for typos.

- Make sure the offer can be used for what you’re purchasing.

Payment is Cash-On-Delivery for all our orders within Nairobi county. 

For orders in other regions of Kenya, we accept the following payment options: Mpesa, Airtel Money, Visa, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

For customers who would like to use our installment payment facility, the above payment options still apply. 

Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf.
When you reach the final billing page and submit your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
